The awards keep piling up for the Central men’s track and field team. Junior Eric Larson and senior Austin O’Brien swept the Iowa Conference men’s indoor track and field honors for their efforts at Wartburg on Saturday. Larson won the heptathlon with a total score higher than any other athlete in Division III has put up this season. O’Brien won the 3,000 meter run and was runner-up in the mile. It’s the second straight week the senior has received an indoor honor. Central was third at the Wartburg Select and will next compete this Saturday in Grinnell in the Darren Young Classic.
