A Mass of Christian Burial for Leo Vincent Beary, age 90 of Albia and formerly of Lovilia, will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Albia with Father Michael E. Volkmer C.PP.S officiating. Burial will follow a luncheon in Melrose at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14 and open to the public at 1:00 p.m. There will be a rosary led by Knights of Columbus St. Mary’s Council 4167 at 6:00 p.m. and a Christian Wake Service at 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to St. Peter’s Catholic Church or to the Lovilia Community Building.
