It is time for the Iowa Assessment standardized tests in schools across the state. Knoxville Community Schools start testing Monday, and will test through Thursday. PCM schools will test Monday through Wednesday next week. Pella Community Schools will hold their testing the week of February 10, and Pleasantville and Twin Cedars will be the following week.

All area schools are asking parents to help kids prepare for the tests by getting plenty of sleep each night, and making sure they have a good breakfast to start their day. Another way to help is to encourage your child to do his or her best work during the testing. The tests are to be completed by February 28.
