Two days off of a very busy week, Pleasantville stumbled on the road to I-35 last night. The Roadrunners girls trounced the Trojans, 67 – 20, while the boys fell to I-35, 67 – 54. Coach Tom Wilkins tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that his team looked like they had “cement legs” on the court yesterday. Trever Zoss led all Pleasantville scorers with 23 and Dylan Lauer threw in 14. Pleasantville’s girls drop to 4 – 14 on the season while the boys’ streak of nine straight wins gets broken up and they fall to 13 – 4. Pleasantville continues their four game road trip with a ride to Central Decatur this Thursday.
