The sad thing about the end of the Knoxville Girls Basketball Season was that the Panthers lost two outstanding seniors in Jamie Hunt and Jory Wallace. On the bright side, the Panthers will return 91% of their scoring next season. Coach Jim Utiermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS that Wallace and Hunt will be missed for their leadership, however he is looking forward to the returning players that will be committed to moving the program forward. The Panthers finished 10-13 on the season. Knoxville can also look forward to seeing a vastly different schedule when the Panthers join the South Central Conference next season.
