Edwards Sets School Record; Earns All-American

Knoxville native became William Penn’s eighth male All-American at the N-A-I-A Indoor Track and Field National Championships on Saturday. The junior placed fifth in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:20.44. He put himself in position of all-American status with a school record setting run of 1:19.18 in the preliminaries on Friday. Edwards earned the Statesmen four points to finish 34th overall as a team at the National Championships held in Geneva, Ohio this weekend.
