The Knoxville Heritage Community Foundation on Wednesday presented the Grand Theater Foundation with a $15,000 pledge toward the theater restoration project. This comes on the heels of a $25,000 donation from Weiler Foundation, and $50,000 from Mark and Jill (Fuerhoff) Oman. Dylan Morse, President of the Grand Theater Foundation, says these large contributions put the fundraising efforts more than a quarter of the way to their $500,000 goal – having raised $150,000 since beginning the project last fall.
