The Cobblestone Inn and Suites recently brought home the Best Guest Satisfaction Award. General Manager Sara McKay says every April the company gives awards, and this is award is given after guests complete surveys after they’ve stayed at the hotel. McKay says the goal is to offer best in class customer service and a clean hotel, and to bring guests back for repeat business. She says the hotel scored a 9.7 out of 10 in customer satisfaction; the brand as a whole scored a 9.3 out of 10.
