In just their second meet of the season, the Pella High girls’ golf team is showing improvement, according to Coach Mike Vint. The Lady Dutch finished second to Norwalk in a conference triangular with the host Warriors and Oskaloosa. The Indians didn’t have enough golfers to field a team score, and Pella finished 20 strokes behind Norwalk with a team total of 214. Camille Henry had the lowest score for the Dutch with a round of 50. Full results can be found below. Coach Vint tells KNIA/KRLS Sports team goals right now are to get a total score under 200 and to get four golfers into the 40s in one meet. Pella’s girls will next golf on Monday in a triangular with Knoxville and Pleasantville.
