Marion County Man Pleads Not Guilty to Burglary, Theft Charges

In his arraignment this week, 31 year old Joel Allen Followill, of Knoxville, pled not guilty in Marion County District Court. The charges against Followill are as follows: commission of specified unlawful activity, a class B Felony; two counts of Theft in the Second Degree, a Class D Felony; Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony. On January 21, Followill was arrested on charges of the theft of radiators, and up to seven catalytic converters in the area. Followill is currently being held at the Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility.
