It was close, but the Pella High boys’ golf team came out on top of PCM and Dallas Center – Grimes in Monroe last night. The Little Dutch had a phenomenal team score of 153, five strokes better than PCM’s 158. Sean Rennich was the meet medalist, shooting a round of 37, and right behind him was teammate, Corey Elliott who had a 38 to earn runner-up honors. All four of Pella’s top golfers scored under 40 for the meet. A full list of Pella’s results can be found below. The Little Dutch and PCM Mustangs are in action tonight with the Bondurant-Farrar Invitational that was postponed from Monday because of weather.
