The annual Tulip Time festival is underway.

The Pella Police Department is reminding those who plan to attend to use extra caution on the roadways and sidewalks, especially in the downtown area. Lieutenant Paul Haase with the Pella Police Department says that the parades on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will block off most of the central area of town, and advises finding alternate routes.
