Pella and Oskaloosa’s girls’ tennis teams were able to play the singles matches before the weather took a turn for the worse last night. The Indians came away with a 6 – 1 victory over the Lady Dutch, but the matches were much closer than the score indicates. Five of the seven went to a third-set tiebreaker, with four of those five being decided by just two points. Bri Buzick was Pella’s lone winner with a win over Abbie Meyer, 6 – 4, 4 – 6 and 13 – 11.
