Anderson Pleased with Progress Entering May

Off since over a week-and-a-half ago, the Pella Christian boys’ track and field team is in the middle of recharging the batteries for the home stretch of the schedule. For the seniors and some of the juniors, they know in the back of their minds that the finish line is in sight of the season, and Coach Keith Anderson says he has noticed an increase in the urgency by his athletes to keep improving for the bigger meets in a few weeks. The Eagles will, of course, also be at the Little Hawkeye Conference meet to prepare them for the district meet at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont on May 15.
