The Jasper County Sheriff’s office recently completed a school safety and security program in schools throughout the county. More than 800 staff members in districts across the county were trained. The program is based on the nationally recognized ALICE, or alert, lockdown, inform, counter, and evacuate courses developed in Texas. Lynnville Sully and PCM schools participated in the programs.
