The Knoxville Girls Tennis Squad begins the team Regional today in Fairfield. The Panthers first round opponent is Albia with the winner getting wither Mount Pleasant and the host Trojans. Coach Nick DeMoss says his girls got a favorable draw and hopes to take advantage. Two wins today would allow the Panthers to travel to Iowa City next Saturday in the regional finals at the University Of Iowa Tennis Center. The teams on that side of the bracket are: Camanche, Mount Vernon, Marion, and Maquoketa. Today’s regional gets underway at nine.
