A 19 year old Knoxville man has been arrested on charges of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree. Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada tells KNIA KRLS News that David Ray Hawkins was arrested Monday morning, after an alleged incident with a minor girl over the weekend. Chief Losada says the report was made at school this morning, and Hawkins was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail. He says the investigation is continuing.
