Pella High’s softball team opened up their season getting blanked by West Des Moines Valley last night, 11 – 0. The Lady Dutch could only muster one hit off of senior hurler Kasey Feldt, who struck out seven Pella batters. Pella’s girls are 0 – 1 to begin the season, and they are next in action on Thursday versus Lynnville-Sully.
