The Knoxville softball and baseball squads head to Oskaloosa tonight for double headers. The Panther softball squad got its first conference win on Wednesday with an 11-1 victory over Grinnell. Head Coach Steph Christner tells KNIA/KRLS hitting is a big issue right now, and the girls are working at it. The first game of the softball twin bill is scheduled for six. The Panther baseball squad will try to win their first three conference game tonight. Knoxville plays a varsity double header with Oskaloosa. The Panthers got a 3-2 decision over Grinnell on Wednesday in which Knoxville gave Tigers pitcher Eli Dunne his first loss in two seasons. Knoxville stands at 5-3 on the season. First game is scheduled for 5:30.
