The Pleasantville softball team ended at .500 after Saturday’s tournament action. The Trojans lost game one to Council Bluffs – Abraham Lincoln, 3 – 0 before ending the day with a 9 – 6 victory over Madrid. Bailey Oliva had nine strikeouts on the mound in game one in the loss, before coming back and giving up three earned runs on just four hits in the nightcap win. Corinne Thomas had three hits in the tournament, and Trisha Kunze and Alli Friday each had a pair of base knocks for the Trojans. Pleasantville next plays East Union on Monday night.
