For the second straight time, Twin Cedars’ baseball squad downed Martensdale – St. Mary’s, this time in an 8 – 0 thrashing on Monday. Corey Harrell’s two-run shot in the first inning set the tone for the game, as Coy Moore had it working on the mound. The senior hurler threw all seven innings, giving up just four hits and two walks while striking out eight. Otis Roby also contributed two hits, and Drew Carlson had a pair of RBI’s for the Sabers. Twin Cedars’ baseball moves to 14 – 0 on the year, and they’ll play Lamoni on Wednesday.
