Pleasantville used great pitching and even better hitting to trounce Lenox last night, 9 – 1. Patrick Sheehey was solid on the mound, picking up the win. Jesse Nichols slapped a home run and Riley Krichau had three hits, including two doubles and he drove in three runs. The win is the fourth straight for the Trojans and they are now 7 – 3 on the year. The softball team split in their two games in the Woodward-Granger tournament. They lost to the host school, 12 – 8 but handily defeated Ogden 15 – 2. Both Trojans’ teams host East Union next this Monday night.
