Garret Pettyjohn picked up a win on the mound last night as the Twin Cedars’ baseball team beat Moravia 13 – 1 in five innings. Otis Roby had a pair of hits and two RBI’s, and Corey Harrell also picked up two hits in the win. Sabers’ softball lost a close contest, 4 – 3. Mackenzie Sedlock took the loss giving up three earned runs. Brittney Roby went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and a triple. Bailey Dunkin had a hit and an RBI in the loss. Sabers’ baseball swells to 16 – 0 while the softball falls to 9 – 6. Saber baseball plays Seymour on Monday and the softball team goes to New Sharon later today for tournament play.
