The Knoxville Baseball Squad wanted to play some of the best teams in the area and state this season, and the Panthers got a taste of that on Saturday as Van Meter swept the Panthers in a varsity double header 12-0 in game one and 13-3 in game two. While Coach Joel Johnson conceded the Bulldogs are a very good team he told KNIA/KRLS Sports he was still a little disappointed in how his team played. Johnson ads with the experience he has this season, there are no excuses as many of the guys have played for three seasons. Knoxville will take on Bondurant-Farrar tomorrow night in a varsity double header you can hear the night cap on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA at 7:15.
