Less than two months away from the start of a fresh volleyball season, Central head coach, Kent Clayberg is getting his girls into shape away from the college. In addition to being in physical shape, Clayberg is also trying to get his squad ready mentally. The Dutch head coach says it’s tough to do both because of the new offense they are running and because not everyone is together in one place. Clayberg adds that he is encouraging the incoming freshmen to go to their local high school gyms and work on fundamentals and other basic aspects of the game. Central begins play in 2014 on August 30 in Virginia.
