In what is turning out to be the unofficial “finals” of a mini Little Hawkeye Conference tournament, Pella High and Oskaloosa square off in Mahaska County tonight in the semifinals of the Class 4A regional softball tournament. The Indians swept the regular season series with the Lady Dutch, and have been ranked in the top ten all season long. Pella’s 1 – 0 win over Grinnell on Thursday proved that it’s hard to beat a team four times in a season, and Coach Krista DeMeulenaere says to continue moving forward, her girls just need to keep playing like they have all year.
