Iowa Governor Terry Branstad was in Knoxville on Saturday to visit with the public and answer questions.

Branstad tells KNIA/KRLS News that while the country is heading the wrong direction under President Obama’s leadership, the state of Iowa is in good standing. He says Iowa has a record level of employment, the state’s financial condition is in order, the legislature has passed major educational reform, and that we are going to have the biggest property tax cut in history over the next decade.
