Unseasonably cool temperatures are expected make their way to Marion County this week. Temperatures Monday night are expected to drop to near 50 degrees, and highs on Tuesday are expected to only reach the upper 60s and low 70s. Those autumn-like temperatures could break record lows overnight and highs during the day. The record overnight low for Marion County on July 15th is 48 degrees–set in 1926–and the lowest high temperature on record was 70 degrees set in 1990.
