Multiple fire departments responded and put out a fire in rural Jasper County Thursday night. A fire started in a garage after 7 p.m. Thursday at a Reasnor home in Jasper County. Pella Fire, Pella Rural Fire, Sully Fire, and Jasper’s County Sheriff’s office responded to the garage on East 88th Street South in Reasnor. The fire caused siding damage on the home adjacent to the garage. Nobody was injured as nobody was home at the time of the fire.
