The Pella Christian School Board and their construction committee is still considering the best option for the Pella Christian Grade School project. Principal David De Jong says they’ve recently tallied up the data from a survey of pros and cons completed by more than 200 of their constituents. They are deciding between three options to help with increased enrollment at the grade school: adding on to their current facility on Liberty Street, moving the 6th through 8th graders to a new facility at the high school campus, or consolidating all K-through-12 students to their campus on Eagle Lane. De Jong says the project committee and the board are meeting bi-weekly to work on the project.
