Otis Roby was sharp, the offense was clicking and it all added up to a 7 – 0 Twin Cedars win over Underwood in Saturday’s round one Class 1A state baseball tournament. The Sabers got off to a 4 – 0 lead, thanks to an error and four straight hits from the heart of their order. The big blow was a two-run double off the bat of Corey Harrell, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI’s on the day. Roby threw a four-hit shutout, while striking out ten in the victory.
