The Pella Community School Board will hold a special meeting Thursday to approve plans for a new facility for Lincoln Elementary. The board reviewed the latest draft at their most recent school board meeting last month. Superintendent Greg Ebeling says the initial plans were well over their planned budget, and the latest draft more closely matched the target number. The board will also look to approve milk and bread bids for the next academic year. They meet at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Pella High School media center.
