Knoxville Police Chief Dan Losada tells KNIA/KRLS News that on July 22nd members of the Mid-Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force and the Knoxville Police Department executed a drug search warrant at 1329 South Lincoln St. Lot #12 in Knoxville where illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were seized.

Jenna Binns, 20, of Knoxville was charged with possession of marijuana first offense, possession of a schedule III drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug house. Brandon Galvin, 22, also of Knoxville charged with possession of marijuana third offense, possession of a schedule III drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug house. The two were arrested almost exactly a year ago at the same location on drug charges along with three other individuals.

Possession of marijuana first is an aggravated misdemeanor, possession of a schedule III drug is a serious misdemeanor, maintaining a drug house an aggravated misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor.
