Some area students are one week away from starting classes.

The first day of school for Knoxville, Twin Cedars, and Chariton is Monday, August 18th. Peoria Christian starts classes on the 19th. Melcher Dallas, Pella Christian Grade School, PCM, and Lynnville-Sully start school on Wednesday, August 20th.

Pella Christian High School freshman and transfers start on the 20th as well, and the first full day for all at the high school is August 21st.

Pleasantville holds their first day of classes on Wednesday, August 27th.
