Replacing Coltin Collins at quarterback for the Pella Christian football team will not be an easy task. However, waiting in the wings last year and ready to take the spotlight this season is sophomore David Kacmarynski. The young Eagle shined primarily on defense in 2013, and this year, will be tasked to take the reins of the offense. Coach Rich Kacmarynski says that even though his son did play basketball last winter, he was still able to get some key workouts and training in which helped out the entire team. Kacmarynski says that on paper, the passing game should be a big strength for the Eagles this year, with talented wide receivers returning, including Josh Posthuma and Jake De Ruiter, along with Carson Dugger.
