Spencer Ray Fitzpatrick

A local man arrested last month for attempting to pass a fake bill at a Knoxville business has been sentenced.

Spencer Ray Fitzpatrick pled guilty to a charge of forgery and received three years probation. Fitzpatrick was also fined $750 and order to pay court costs.

Knoxville Police arrested Fitzpatrick and two others on July 16th on the charges. Police were given an accurate description of the suspect’s vehicle which led to their arrest.

Donald Aaron Zoutte, Jr will be next be in court Sept. 16th to face one count of forgery for his part in the case. Charges against Alexander Gaylord Brunker have been dismissed.
