In the first regular season poll of the year, the Central men’s cross country team held true regionally and nationally in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division III rankings released this week. The Dutch are second in the Central region, with defending national champion, St. Olaf, still at the number one spot both in the region and in the nation. Conferences foes, Loras and Wartburg, and third and fourth in the region, respectively. The Dutch will next compete in the Gil Dodds Invitational on Saturday in Wheaton, before facing the Oles on October 3 at the Blugold Invitational.
