The Central volleyball team overcame a slow start in the P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium to defeat Iowa Wesleyan in three sets, 25 – 17, 25 – 12, and 25 – 22. Hannah Welter had eight kills on the night, and she was followed by Emily Stoakes who had seven. Central’s women improve to 7 – 2 on the year, and they head east to Jacksonville, Illinois for the Illinois College Invitational this Saturday and Sunday.
