Dallas Center – Grimes’ girls flexed some early season muscle and swept the Pella High volleyball team last night, 15 – 25, 12 – 25, and 20 – 25. Makenna Bogaard led the team with ten kills, Jessica Holterhaus had seven, and Kiki Pingel had eight digs for the Lady Dutch. Pella has dropped nine straight to fall to 2 – 9 on the season, and they’ll head to Altoona next this Saturday for tournament action.
