A pair of tournaments and a very competitive single match under their belt, the PCM volleyball team gets into conference play tonight at North Polk. The Mustangs have started the season 2 – 9, but have shown a lot of growth through 11 games, taking Carlisle to five sets after dropping the first two games of the match. The Comets are 10 – 3, and Coach Mollie Keitges says they could be one of the teams in a logjam towards the top of the standings this year. The ninth grade and JV matches start at 5:00 p.m. at North Polk, with the varsity to follow at 6:30.
