The latter of the two Mustangs’ squads has struggled this season scoring, lighting up the board for just 20 points, including being shutout against Fairfield, and dominated by Chariton and C-M-B. PCM is fresh off their first win of the season, and just in time for district play, with a 48 – 19 shellacking of Centerville. Noticing his guys perhaps wearing out early against the Big Red, Coach Greg Bonnett says their main focus in practice this week was conditioning. Bonnett adds they focused on having their defenders be more physical during the game tonight.
