Pella High School staff and students participated in a special fundraiser as a part of a recent national trend.

The students dumped ice cold water on close to 50 Pella high staff members as a part of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at the Homecoming Pep Rally on Friday afternoon. Community members, students, and their families were encouraged to drop donations off at the Pella High office during the month of September, and for every twenty dollars donated another staff member participated. All proceeds go to the Iowa Chapter of the ALS Foundation.
