Melcher-Dallas’ volleyball team came out of triangular action last night with a .500 mark. The Saints started the night losing in three sets to Seymour, but ended the day on a positive note with a sweep of Orient-Macksburg, 25 – 9 and 25 – 18. Twin Cedars unfortunately could not find the win column in their round-about action yesterday, losing to Mormon-Trail 18 – 25, 25 – 22, and 8 – 15 in their first contest. The Sabers ended the day with a 13 – 25 and 18 – 25 defeat at the hands of Murray. The Saints are next at home against Grand View Christian and Twin Cedars will play on Monday at Seymour.
