Melcher-Dallas’ five first quarter touchdowns were more than enough to topple Twin Cedars in Eight Man football last night, 54 – 12. The Saints got out to a 46 – 6 halftime lead with not much action happening in a running-clock second half. Melcher-Dallas is now 2 – 1 overall and 1 – 0 in district play, while the Sabers drop to 1 – 2 and 0 – 1, respectively. The Saints are on the road next week against Harmony, while Twin Cedars comes back home to play Seymour.
