Funeral services for Cecile Kinion, age 89 of Monroe, will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 10:30 am at the Monroe United Methodist Church. Visitation will take place on Monday, October 20 starting at 4 pm at Coburn Funeral Home in Monroe, with family present from 6-8 pm. Burial will follow the funeral at Silent City Cemetery.
