Carding the three best rounds in the tournament, the Central men’s golf team exited the Midwest Region Classic with a victory by 18 strokes over Carthage in the team standings. David Watson was the meet medalist with a score of 143, and Clay Curwin and Desmond Stoll were each right behind him with a 145. Central has one last fall tournament to partake in, and that’s the Milwaukee School of Engineering Invitational this Sunday and Monday.
