Two agenda items were put on hold by the Knoxville City Council during their regular Monday meeting.

City Manager Harold Stewart said he had not yet received an agreement from Hormel Foods Corporation for work to be done on the sewer system along Godfrey Lane and East Main Street, so he asked that the matter be tabled until a later date. Since that matter was tabled, the council also decided to table the contract bid on the project as well.

The council did agree to look into their ordinance regarding the permit system for allowing livestock within corporate boundaries.
