The search continues for a new assistant city manager in Knoxville.

City Manager Harold Stewart has been conducting interviews throughout the week. The interviews have included tours of the different city departments and a presentation by the prospective candidates.

The city has been without an assistant city manager since September when Dylan Feik left for a similar position in California.

A decision on a new assistant city manager is expected by the end of the month.
