Knowing where they are going but not who they will be playing this Wednesday in the first round of the 2014 State Football Playoffs, Pella High still has business to attend to tonight on the road against Chariton. The Chargers started the year hot, with a 4 – 1 record in the first five games, but have lost their last three and have been bumped out of the playoffs by Knoxville. The Little Dutch are looking to stop quarterback Quin Storm and running back Dillon Sanders, who have combined for a majority of their offense this season. Another big thing on the checklist this week is for Pella to come out of Week Nine healthy on the injury front as they head into the postseason. Coach Jay McKinstrey says there are still many important things to play for tonight. Andrew Schneider and Randy Sikkema make the road trip tonight and have the call streamed live at KNIAKRLS.com, with pre-game coverage starting at 7:00 p.m. with kick-off at 7:30. We’ll have a delayed broadcast of Pella football on 92.1 KRLS immediately following the Stravers Cellular Football Friday Night Radio Scoreboard Show.
