Pella Regional Health Center is teaming with the Young Professionals of Pella and others for a race to raise awareness for breast cancer.

The 6th Annual Pella in Pink is a two mile run and walk scheduled for Saturday. Registration is $25 with all proceeds going towards Breast Cancer Screening at Pella Regional Health Center. Pella in Pink is a part of a month-long partnership with KNIA/KRLS, Knoxville Hospital and Clinics, and Pella Regional to increase breast cancer awareness in Marion County. The KNIA/KRLS Breast Cancer Awareness Save-A-Life Radiothon is on Tuesday at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics from 5 to 8 p.m., and on Thursday at Pella Regional Health Center from 4 to 7 p.m. Pella in Pink t-shirt pickup will take place at the Thursday night event.
